FAQs
-
Pricing estimates depend on the complexity of the chosen illustration style and the subject matter. You are welcome to request an average cost chart through my contact page before submitting a project proposal. I offer competitive pricing intended to fit your budget needs without compromising my design quality.
-
Please contact me with your specific timeline, and I will do my best to accommodate your requests. In general, the timeline for illustrations is dependent on the complexity of the chosen style and the subject matter, including our consultations and rounds of feedback.
Simple illustrations of a single subject may take a few days to a couple of weeks. Larger infographics with multiple elements may take multiple months. Please keep in mind that I am typically working on several projects simultaneously.
Rush service requests may charge an additional fee.
-
A typical project will include the initial collaborative ideation stage, followed by three rounds of feedback and revisions before final delivery. This can vary depending on your timeline and the number of illustrations included in the overall project.
More significant changes would ideally only occur within the first two rounds of revision, with only minor changes during the third round and after final delivery. We can discuss your needs on a case-by-case basis if new major changes or alternate versions of illustration are requested. Please be aware that this may result in additional charges to the invoice.
-
Once final project delivery has been processed, I will send you an invoice which you can pay via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or other wire transfer methods. We can discuss the best payment methods if you are an international client.
-
I charge a 25% cancellation fee after the first round of revisions, 50% fee after the second round, and 75% fee after the third round before final delivery. These fees cover the time and resources invested into the project before cancellation.
