“'Aimeho i te rara varu (Octopus of Mo’orea)”

Overview: 
Tasked with illustrating the legend of the original name of Mo’orea, 'Aimeho i te rara varu, or octopus with eight rays/arms. Researched local artwork centering the octopus and how it may fit inside the mountain rides of the island. Developed a composition with the 3D island terrain map at an oblique view, with the 3D octopus model aligned on top.
